Golden Empire Zoanthids: Get Them Here First

As you saw last night, we managed to score some of Quality Marine’s first release Golden Empire zoanthids. Today they opened up to show all their amazing colors, and we cut the first of a few limited frags that will come off the colony before it goes in to grow-out. We’re going to try to spread these out as much as possible in the community, so for now we will only be cutting/selling single head frags. We currently have three cut, two of which will be available after they heal, so if you want to get in on the first batch, call or stop by to get on the waiting list.

Aquacultured Golden Empire Zoanthids at Quality Marine

Quality Marine is always hiding something new in their aquaculture department, and this week they’re letting another one loose. Golden Empire zoanthids are not one I’m familiar with, but from their accounts, these pictures do them no justice.
To quote their Facebook page:
Aquacultured Golden Empire Zoanthids. The only thing this picture doesn’t show is how cool these are, the photo is too static. If I could walk you past them, you’d see the metallic sheen. I had no idea zoanthids could look this cool. They look like golden Darth Mauls on Steroids. Dang.
As always, Quality Marine does not sell directly to the public, so if you feel the need to get some of that golden shine in your tank, get down to your local retailer and ask them to order them for you.
