New evidence shows that rising CO2 levels may actually affect reef fishes’ entire central nervous systems. CO2 concentrations are predicted to hit levels between 700 and 900 before the end of the century according to the Australian Research Council Centre of Excellence for Coral Reef Studies and James Cook University.

Check out the sweet emperor angel misbar we managed to score this week!

We have another site update for you today. We got our Dwarf Angelfish section up and running. More photos and details still to come on all of our fish section. We are also hard at work on the Coral Guide which should be ready for you very soon.

As you saw last night, we managed to score some of Quality Marine’s first release Golden Empire zoanthids. Today they opened up to show all their amazing colors, and we cut the first of a few limited frags that will come off the colony before it goes in to grow-out.
